How to enroll

Jupiter AMDC is an approved Medicaid Service Provider in Maryland. If you are enrolled in Maryland Medicaid, you may qualify for Medical Day Care Services at no cost to you, as the care fee is covered by Medicaid. Contact us to check your eligibility.

If you are not yet a Medicaid recipient and believe you can qualify, please feel free to contact our program director at (301) 996-0729 to assist you with your Medicaid application.

ARC Montgomery Respite may provide funding assistance for adult day services to eligible individuals and families in need of respite care living in Montgomery County. This support helps caregivers by offering structured daytime programs that promote social engagement, health monitoring, and personalized care for adults with developmental disabilities or special needs.

The Senior Care system offers case management and support services for individuals aged 65 and older who are at risk of being placed in a nursing home. Eligible participants may also receive additional funding to cover unmet needs, such as assistance with personal care, household tasks, medications, medical supplies and equipment, adult day services, respite care, meal delivery, transportation, and emergency response systems.
